public interface ArgumentsGeneratorFactory
Builds an ArgumentsGenerator for a specific test method.

Implementations are discovered through ServiceLoader, which makes the generation library a pluggable choice. The factory inspects the method's parameters and annotations once and returns a generator that the engine then drives for every trial.
